Business Analyst Job responsibilities

The main role of a BA in any company is very important for the successful completion of a project and to fulfill a client requirements which in return a value to the end user.

1. The BA will acts as a facilitator between the company and client for requirements gathering when project is finalized.
2. BA will play a major role in the Prioritization of requirements by using MOSCOW technique.
3. After finalizing BA will document it into BRD/FRD depends on the company.
4. Design them using UML/flow charts
5. Developers will develop based on the user stories.
6. Testers will test after the development.
7. UAT testing is done by client side where BA will involve.
8. Deployment means go-live after all the requirements are satisfied.
